A man who used a gun to rob an Aberdeen pharmacy of prescription pain medications was sentenced to 15 years in prison, with 10 years suspended.

Dustin Malsom of Bath had pleaded guilty to armed robbery for the holdup last December.

He was arrested while driving in Aberdeen shortly after Jones Drug was robbed.

In court Tuesday, the 27-year-old Malsom apologized and said he was out of control at the time because of his drug use.
