Flooding and soggy roads are keeping farmers in northern South Dakota from getting corn to the elevator.  For many, the corn went into the bin with high moisture content last fall and needs to be dried down so it doesn't spoil.  Farmers without their own drying equipment have to haul it to an elevator.

Ron Sell at the 4 Seasons Cooperative elevator in Amherst says some roads are closed because of flooding and others are too wet to drive on.  Sell says some farmers who sold corn on contract and need to deliver it on a certain day are affected, too.
