For the second time this week, there are new recommendations for screening millions of women for cancer. And Tamiflu resistant H1N1 cases are showing up across the country.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is now revising their recommendations for cervical cancer screening.

The guidelines recommend women start testing at 21 instead of three years after becoming sexually active.
Women under 30 should be screened every two years, rather than every year.  Women 30 and over should be tested every three years as long as they've had three consecutive clear tests. The American Cancer Society backs the revised guidelines.

Meantime, four people in North Carolina have tested positive for a type of H1N1 flu that's resistant to the drug Tamiflu. Health officials have been closely watching for signs that the virus is mutating, making the drugs ineffective.  About 52 resistant cases have been reported in the world since April, including 15 in the U.S.
