He's had two sentencing dates delayed, but today, former state lawmaker Ted Klaudt could be back in a Pierre courtroom.

He faces up to 100 years in prison for second degree rape. A jury found him guilty in November of performing physical exams on his foster daughters as part of a phony scheme to sell their reproductive eggs.

Next week, Klaudt is scheduled to be sentenced in Deadwood for witness tampering.
