The House voted Saturday night to pass the $1.2 trillion reform on the Democratic health care overhaul bill.

The measure passed the House to provide health care coverage to millions more Americans by just 5 votes.
Just 1 Republican voted for the bill, and 39 Democrats voted against it, making the split close to party lines.

Representative Stephanie Herseth Sandlin voted no on the legislation.
