Authorities are tracking money belonging to residents at the Belle Fourche Regional Senior Care center.

Police and social services officials were called by the Spearfish Regional Health system. Regional Health officials would say only that they suspect "accounting irregularities" at the nursing home.  Regional Health also said it is cooperating fully with investigators.

Regional Health Chief Executive Officer Larry Veitz said officials are meeting with residents they believe are affected.
