Two people are dead after a motorcycle and a car collided head-on west of Hudson.

South Dakota Highway Patrol says, around 5 p.m. Sunday, a motorcycle was traveling toward Hudson a mile outside of town when it crossed the center line and crashed with a car.

The patrol says both the motorcycle rider and the passenger were killed in the crash. Highway Patrol says the two people in the car were not hurt. No names have been released.
