Two Pierre men will become part of the South Dakota Transportation Hall of Honor.

David Huft and Jim Keyes will be inducted next summer, joining more than 70 others who have received the recognition.

Huft, who joined the state DOT in 1968, has been recognized for innovation in the field of transportation research. He is the DOT's program manager for the Office of Research.

Keyes is a former executive vice president of the Associated General Contractors of South Dakota.
