A grand jury has indicted a Webster man, accusing him of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Authorities say Gregory Schimmel is charged with having sexual contact with a teenage girl during the late summer and fall of 2008.

Danny Smeins, Day County state's attorney, says Schimmel was 42 at the time.

Schimmel's tentative court date is July 1.

A conviction of sexual exploitation of a minor is punishable by up to two years in prison and a $4,000 fine.
