A Sioux Falls woman is behind bars, accused of driving drunk with a baby in the back seat.

Police arrested 28-year-old Kristin Fraser for her fourth DUI minutes after her car rear-ended an SUV. They collided at the corner of 14th Street and Phillips Avenue around noon.

Not only was a baby in the backseat, witnesses tell KELOLAND News the car seat was not attached and was on its side when the car stopped.

In addition to her fourth DUI, Fraser is charged with child endangerment.
